Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and motivated React Developer to join our dynamic development team. In this role, you will work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to build modern web applications using React.js. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of React, front-end development, and best practices in UI/UX design. This is a long-term, remote position, and we are looking for someone who is eager to grow with our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop new user-facing features with React.js, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.

  • Collaborate with backend developers to integrate RESTful APIs and other services.

  • Translate UI/UX design wireframes into functional, interactive front-end code.

  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

  • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

  • Troubleshoot and debug issues, ensuring a seamless user experience.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and proactively propose improvements.

  • Participate in regular team meetings, code reviews, and sprint planning.

  • Work independently in a remote environment while maintaining strong communication with the team.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a React Developer, with a strong portfolio of projects.

  • In-depth knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript frameworks.

  • Strong experience with React.js, including state management libraries like Redux or Context API.

  • Familiarity with front-end build tools and task runners like Webpack, Babel, or npm.

  • Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest, Mocha, or similar.

  • Knowledge of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility issues.

  • Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and asynchronous data handling.

  • Experience with version control systems, primarily Git.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with TypeScript.

  • Familiarity with other front-end libraries/frameworks like Next.js, Vue.js, or Angular.

  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins or GitLab.

  • Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.

  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
