We’re looking for a highly skilled Recruiter to join our team and help us find the right people for the right roles. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in recruitment or human resources, with a deep understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle—from talent sourcing and candidate screening to interviewing, hiring, and onboarding. This individual will play a key role in driving company growth by identifying exceptional talent and ensuring a seamless, inclusive, and professional candidate experience.
Objectives of this Role
- Partner with hiring managers and department leads to understand team goals, role requirements, and staffing needs
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for positions across all levels, from junior staff to leadership
- Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing strategies
- Ensure a positive and professional experience for all candidates throughout the hiring process
- Support employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice
- Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion through fair and unbiased hiring practices
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with HR and department heads to draft and update accurate, compelling job descriptions
- Post job openings across various platforms: company website, job boards, social media, and employee referral programs
- Screen applications and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidates’ qualifications, experience, and cultural fit
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and teams, ensuring smooth communication and scheduling
- Track candidate progress and hiring metrics using the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Negotiate offers in line with company policies and compensation structure
- Partner with HR to manage the onboarding process and ensure a smooth transition for new hires
- Maintain relationships with passive candidates and former applicants for future opportunities
- Coach hiring teams on structured interviewing and inclusive hiring techniques
- Drive internal mobility by encouraging current employees to explore new opportunities within the company
- Stay updated on recruitment trends, industry benchmarks, and emerging tools to enhance hiring efficiency
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resources
- Strong track record of successfully managing the full-cycle recruitment process in dynamic, high-growth environments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
- In-depth knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and candidate evaluation methods
- Proficient with ATS platforms and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Boolean search)
- Outstanding time management and organizational skills; capable of managing multiple roles simultaneously
- Deep understanding of employment laws, HR practices, and fair hiring guidelines
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- Familiarity with tools such as Workday, Lever, Greenhouse, or other ATS platforms
- Professional certification such as PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent
- Experience coordinating campus hiring, career fairs, and virtual recruitment events
- Knowledge of employer branding and digital talent marketing strategies
