Roles & Responsibilities

1. Sales and Revenue Growth

  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.
  • Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities to increase sales.
  • Build strong customer relationships to enhance loyalty and repeat business.

2. Store Operations

  • Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth functioning of the store.
  • Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and safety standards.
  • Ensure proper visual merchandising to attract customers.

3. Team Management

  • Recruit, train, and supervise store staff to achieve performance goals.
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and provide feedback to improve performance.

4. Customer Service

  • Ensure a high standard of customer service is maintained at all times.
  • Resolve customer queries and complaints promptly and effectively.
  • Monitor customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.

5. Inventory Management

  • Track and manage inventory levels to avoid stockouts or overstocking.
  • Coordinate with suppliers for timely procurement of goods.
  • Conduct regular stock audits to ensure accuracy.

6. Security and Compliance

  • Ensure the store complies with local laws and regulations.
  • Implement and monitor security measures to prevent theft or damage.
  • Maintain accurate records for audits and compliance purposes.

7. Marketing and Promotions

  • Plan and execute promotional activities to drive footfall and sales.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement campaigns effectively.
  • Analyze the impact of promotions and make data-driven decisions for future strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar retail management role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in inventory management and reporting tools.
  • Ability to handle customer concerns with tact and professionalism.
  • Sales-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
