Position Overview:

We are seeking passionate, dedicated, and dynamic educators to join our team of K-12 teachers. Key Responsibilities:

  • Classroom Instruction:

    • Develop and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans that align with curriculum standards.
    • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where students are motivated and supported.
    • Assess student progress through regular tests, assignments, and other activities, and provide timely feedback.

  • Student Support & Development:

    • Provide individual attention and support to students who may require additional help.
    • Address student needs and foster personal, social, and emotional growth.
    • Collaborate with counselors, parents, and other educators to support students’ overall development.

  • Classroom Management:

    • Maintain an organized and disciplined classroom where students feel safe and respected.
    • Implement behavioral management strategies and adapt teaching techniques to accommodate various learning styles.
    • Encourage students to participate actively in classroom discussions and activities.

  • Communication & Collaboration:

    • Maintain effective communication with parents and guardians regarding student progress and areas for improvement.
    • Collaborate with fellow teachers, school staff, and administrators to enhance the educational experience.
    • Participate in staff meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and professional development opportunities.

  • Educational Planning & Assessment:

    • Plan and implement assessments to gauge student performance, provide constructive feedback, and adjust instructional methods as needed.
    • Utilize a variety of teaching resources, technologies, and strategies to enhance student learning.
    • Monitor and evaluate student academic progress and adapt instructional techniques based on results.

Qualifications:

  • Required:

    • A valid teaching certification in the state of employment.
    • 1+ years of experience teaching in a K-12 setting (preferred but not required for new graduates).
    • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to create and maintain a positive and engaging learning environment.
    • Passion for teaching and dedication to students’ academic and personal growth.

  • Preferred:

    • Experience in teaching a specific subject area (e.g., math, science, language arts).
    • Knowledge of state and national educational standards.
    • Familiarity with modern educational technologies and classroom management systems.
