- 8–12+ years of experience in IT, with 3+ years in a Director-level or senior IT leadership role
- Proven experience managing remote teams across time zones
- Hands-on knowledge of enterprise infrastructure: networking, firewalls, endpoint management, identity & access controls
- Deep understanding of cloud computing models, SaaS integrations, and security
- Strong project management background with experience leading complex rollouts
- Familiarity with ITIL, NIST, or ISO 27001 frameworks
